These Terms of Service govern your use of Receptionly's website and AI receptionist service. By purchasing or using Receptionly, you agree to these terms.

Service

Receptionly provides an AI-powered phone receptionist configured using information you provide about your business. Receptionly assists with answering calls, capturing leads, and appointment-related requests based on your configuration.

Billing

Plans include a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee, billed through Whop, as described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. The setup fee is non-recurring; the monthly fee renews automatically until canceled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through Whop. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund the one-time setup fee or the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate business information and not to use Receptionly for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Receptionly is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
